2025 IEDB Virtual User Workshop Presentations

Our team holds an annual user workshop where we invite those new to the IEDB and experienced users who want to better understand and utilize this resource. The workshop is a great opportunity to learn about all the features of the IEDB database and tools, and to get hands-on individual support on how it can answer your research questions.

Following the success of the virtual user workshops beginning in 2020, the IEDB hosted a 3-day virtual workshop in 2025. Day 1 covered an overview of the IEDB structure and content, as well as an overview of the Analysis Resource, application programming interface (API), and newly redesigned solutions center. Day 2 explored the Next-Generation Tools and Analysis Resource and receptor data within the IEDB, and day 3 covered the Cancer Epitope Database and Analysis Resource (CEDAR) and HIV resources.

Dates: Tuesday, Nov. 18 - Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025

Time: 8:00am to 12:00pm (Pacific Time)

This workshop was free of charge and was delivered virtually via Zoom Webinar. The available reference materials from the 2025 virtual event are outlined below.
