Loss of HLA-DRB5 alleles in RATE result

Hi,

I have used the RATE tool, and noticed that the reformatted allele file contains missing data for my donors with HLA-DRB5 alleles. I then tested running RATE with the IEDB example data, and got the same results. For example, donor 2 has the alleles DRB3-02:02 and DRB5-01:01, but in the reformatted allele data on the results page that donor only has DRB3-02:02, and DRB5-01:01=0. For donors 7, 25, and 26 that only had one DRB5*01:02 and one n/a, in the reformatted allel data they are getting n/a in all DRB3-5 allel rows. Do you know what might cause this?

Best regards,

Emil Johansson

The fix has been deployed to production. https://tools.iedb.org/rate/

Hi,

I tested it now, and I got a correctly reformatted allel file with the correct number of DRB3-5 alleles. Thank you so much for the help!

Best regards,

Emi
