Pickpocket usage in Next-Generation IEDB Tools API

I’m working on porting pVACtools to use the IEDB NextGen API and I noticed to Pickpocket is not one of the available predictors (see https://api-nextgen-tools.iedb.org/api/v1/mhci). Trying to use this predictor directly results in an error. It seems to only be available as part the basic_processing predictor, which I don’t think would give me ic50 scores/percentiles. However, it was one of the predictors available in the legacy API (Tools-API)

Are there any plan for adding this predictor to the Next-Generation IEDB Tools API?

Hello Susanna,

To directly answer your question, no. Pickpocket will not be included in the Next-Generation IEDB Tools API. It is being deprecated in favor of newer, more accurate prediction models.
