Patient Harmonic mean Best Rank (PHBR) - This tool, available here, helps to predict the likelihood of response to immunotherapy for a set of neopitopes in a specific HLA-typed individual. It was developed in the Hannah Carter lab at UC San Diego.

MHCII-NP - This tool provides predictions for natural peptide processing in the MHC class II pathway and has been integrated into the T Cell, Class II suite of tools.
