- New Tools!
- Peptide Expression Annotator (PepX). With a list of human peptides and a selected expression dataset, this tool will estimate the abundance of each of the peptides in the list based on the expression levels of the genes/transcripts in which they are contained.
- Peptide Variant Comparison. This tool enables class I binding/elution/immunogenicity predictions of peptide pairs. The tool was developed with the intended use of comparing neoepitopes to germ line peptides, but it can be used to compare any two peptides.
- Mutated Peptide Generator. Given a paired tumor/normal VCF file, this tool will determine the novel peptides (neoepitopes) that can be generated.
