Local Implementations of full set and standalone tools

We have downloaded and set up a VM to run our immunogenicity queries in a local environment, but would very much like to get the next-gen tools working. The latest update of the VM (spring 2026) only gives a hyperlink to the next-gen tools on IEDB.org, and i find nothing on the VM about the new tools.

Are the next-gen tools not bundled with the “complete download”?
If not, is there another way we can access the tool set in a local setup?

Hi Tomas, I’ll just answer here again for reference. We are currently aiming to have the next-gen tools VM available sometime next year. Until then, any updates to the current VM will mainly be maintenance updates.
