Dr. Ibel Carri will be presenting a poster on CEDAR’s data and tools, including the Mutated Peptide Generator (MPG) for translating genomic variants into candidate neopeptides; PepX for quantifying antigen-encoding transcripts using TCGA and GTEx; the Patient Harmonic-mean Best Rank metric for estimating the likelihood of mutation presentation across a patient’s MHC alleles; ICERFIRE for predicting T-cell neoepitope recognition; PEPMatch for identifying similar self-peptides to help reduce tolerance or autoimmunity; and Cluster for obtaining representative candidates.
