Following the success of the 2020-2024 IEDB Virtual User Workshops, we will once again be bringing the workshop to you, online! In 2025, the IEDB team will be hosting one virtual user workshop over three days (18-20 November, 2025), with each day running for approximately four hours (8am to 12pm Pacific Time). This workshop is free of charge and will be delivered virtually by Zoom. If you have any questions, contact the team via email: workshop@iedb.org.

Tentative Program
Day 1: Overview of the IEDB curation process, database structure, and content. The different database query features will be demonstrated and a research example will be provided.
Day 2: Overview of the epitope prediction and analysis tools for both the Next-Generation tools and classic Analysis Resource.
Day 3: Specialized topics will be covered including specific tools, the Cancer Epitope Database and Analysis Resource (CEDAR), and the LANL HIV databases.
