Following the success of the 2020-2023 IEDB Virtual User Workshops, in 2024 the IEDB team will be hosting one virtual user workshop over three days, with each workshop running for approximately 4 hours (8am to 12pm Pacific Time). This workshop is free of charge and will be delivered virtually by Zoom.

Tentative Program
Day 1: Overview of the IEDB curation process, database structure and content. The different database query features will be demonstrated. Staff will be available to answer questions via the Zoom Q&A functionality.
Day 2: Presenters will describe the features of the Analysis Resource, a collection of epitope analysis and prediction tools. The use and interpretation of results will be covered.
Day 3: Specialized topics will be covered including specific tools, the IEDB application programming interface (API) and other areas of research, such as HIV and cancer.
