MHC I/II binding & processing (web)
- Each tool has been ported into the Django framework in order to improve consistency throughout the site as well as enhance maintainability of the code
- NetMHCpan updated to version 2.8
- NetMHC (ANN) updated to version 3.4
- 45 additional class I alleles added to SMM and SMMPMBEC from human, cow, macaque, rat, and pig
- new matrices for SMM and SMMPMBEC available for download
- ARB method has been removed
- Citations have been added to the results of the processing tool
- Percentile ranks of NetMHCpan have been corrected
- Formatting errors corrected in textual output

- Rendering in Internet Explorer 10 has been fixed
MHC I/II binding (RESTful)
- Reimplemented to work with the Django interface
- Usage has been simplified by removing superfluous variables and shortening the URLs
- All bug fixes that apply to the web tools also apply to the RESTful tools
MHC I/II binding (standalone)
- All bug fixes and updates for the web tools also apply to the standalone tools
NetChop/NetCTL/NetCTLpan
- Sorting now works correctly in table output
ElliPro
- A standalone version of ElliPro has been made available for download
General
- Download tab has been added to every tool
- New ‘Contribute’ tab added to solicit tool submissions
- Internet Explorer has been dropped as a preferred browser in favor of Chrome
