- NetMHCpan integrated into the MHC class I binding prediction tool, allowing the prediction for over 1,650 alleles including:
** HLA-A, B, C, E, G
** non-human primates
** mouse
** pig
** user-supplied MHC sequence - NetMHCIIpan integrated into the MHC class II binding prediction tool, allowing the prediction for over 500 HLA-DR alleles
- MHC class I and class II binding prediction interfaces have been overhauled
** simultaneous prediction for multiple alleles is now possible
** interfaces have been reorganized to simplify use - Combined processing predictor has been updated to reflect changes to class I tool
- Downloadable tools have been updated to reflect the current version of the class I and class II prediction tools
