- included in MHC I standalone version 2.15.2
- NetMHCIIpan 3.1 incorporated into MHC class II prediction tools (web, API, standalone)
- included in MHC II standalone version 2.16
- MHC class I web predictions now being routed through parallelized cluster, which should make predictions for many sequences/alleles much faster
- MHC class II API parallelized and moved to http://tools-cluster-interface.iedb.org/tools_api/mhcii/
