- (all) NetMHCcons 1.1 added
- (all) Pickpocket 1.1 added
- (all) Percentile ranks now reported for all methods
- (all) Sequences that are shorter than one of the specified prediction lengths, but at least as long as another are no longer discarded. All possible predictions from the selected allele/length combinations are made.
Clustering Tool
- reimplemented in Django with additional feature of showing/hiding unique sequences in clusters
