The IEDB program is required to prepare an Annual Compendium for NIAID, detailing the data metrics and new features of the database and analysis resource.
These Compendia of the Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Resource consist of three sections. The first section contains a list of the antibody and T cell epitope information in the database as of the end of the contract year. The second section describes the features of the latest versions of the IEDB website and the Analysis Resource. The third section lists the scientific publications in that contract year for which the IEDB played a contributory role.
