How do I know the receptor/antibody sequence for each assay in the exported Excel file?
I am looking for data about the binding affinity of antibody-antigen complex along with their sequences. I found what I wanted in the database. But after I exported the assay data, I couldn’t find the sequence information about the receptor for each assay. There is only antibody name for each assay. There are sequences in the exported receptor file, but there is no antibody name. So I can’t find the sequence of antibody/receptor for each assay. So how do I know the sequence of receptor/antibody for each assay in the exported file? Thanks a lot!

Internal Server Error
I am trying to make the MHC binding predictions by uploading my own HLA file for my population, and I get an "internal server error. What can I do about it?

database access
After using your portal to analyze the results deeply, I am getting the message below. I am using Safari on a Mac mini M2.My request is a simple search for epitopes in the database using as input a peptide sequence with a “match substring”. Once I have the results, I proceed to see information for each one of the reported epitopes (<10). However, after reviewing some of the records, the portal rejects my request. Even more, I am not even able to open the home page.
I know is not the computer. If do the same search on the same computer using another Browser (Firefox), everything seems to be okay. However, last night I had the same problem with a Windows computer using Firefox.
Incorrect Annotation
I think epitope ID# 417990 may be incorrectly annotated. I read through the reference and was unable to find the epitope in the linked primary literature.
