2023 IEDB Virtual User Workshop Presentations

PHOTO: 2023 IEDB Virtual User Workshop - Day 1 to 3 (1 November to 3 November, 2023) - Presenters on Zoom Webinar

Our team holds an annual user workshop where we invite those new to the IEDB and experienced users who want to better understand and utilize this resource. The workshop is a great opportunity to learn about all the features of the IEDB database and tools, and to get hands-on individual support on how it can answer your research questions.

Following the success of the virtual user workshops in 2020 and 2021, the IEDB hosted a 3-day virtual workshop in 2022. Day 1 covered an overview of the IEDB curation process, database structure, and content. Day 2 explored the Next-Generation Tools and Analysis Resource, and day 3 covered specialized topics such as 3D structure analysis, the IEDB application programming interface (API), cancer, and HIV resources.

Dates: Wednesday, Nov. 1 - Friday, Nov. 3, 2023

Time: 8:00am to 12:00pm (Pacific Time)

This workshop was free of charge and was delivered virtually via Zoom Webinar. The available reference materials from the 2023 virtual event are outlined below.
